Delightful staff and enchanting hotel.

Clean place with exceptionally good views and great location impossible to get taxis. Excellent and lovely room, INDIVIDUAL ambiance. A wide array of facilities such as: a refrigerator, a personal safe, and iron and ironing board. Really great stay, as always.

noise disturbances

The pool area is ridiculously small, leading to overcrowding!!! Noise from nearby tennis courts could ruin your relaxation!!! Water pressure issues in showers are a definite letdown!!! Inconsistent air conditioning makes for uncomfortable stays!!!

The Double Room was spacious and super bright, which I loved! It had patio doors leading right onto a balcony, perfect for chilling. The shower was also great, with tons of cool attachments. Breakfast served on the balcony was such a nice touch, letting us enjoy it at our own pace.

We were pleasantly surprised by the heated swimming pool that was open during our stay and the lovely tray-served breakfast on the balcony. The garden area and cozy sun terrace gave us great spots to relax in the sun. The only hiccup was a slight delay in check-in, but it didn’t take away from our awesome experience overall. 😊

This hotel is nice, and has amenities like free Wi-Fi, a seasonal indoor pool, and a bar area. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Easter.

I loved being just a short walk from the beautiful Playa Bahia Arcachon and the fine Cote d'Arguin, made my city strolls even better while soaking up the local scenery, and the friendly staff really made the experience special with their warm welcome and willingness to help.

The pool area was good. the location was marvelous, very close to the town center, good restaurants, and a supermarket. There was a beachside restaurant nearby.
